Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- The license must not be abused, redistributed, or used fraudulently.
How to request a refund
Contact us with your purchase email and license key. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle.
Exceptions
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not guaranteed and may be denied in cases of fraud, abuse, repeated refund requests, chargeback abuse, or violation of the license terms.
